## What we collect

PawsitivID collects pet profile data, owner contact information, photos used for biometric identification, vaccination records uploaded by owners and veterinarians, and licensing payment records when applicable. Specifics will be detailed in the full policy.

## How we use it

Data is used to identify pets, alert owners of matches, process licence applications and payments, and operate the AI photo matching service. The full policy will list every purpose and the legal basis for each.

To delete your PawsitivID account, see the [delete-account guide](https://pawsitivid.com/delete-account). A 14-day grace period applies before permanent deletion.
