# Terms of Service

## What this service does

PawsitivID provides pet identification, lost-pet recovery, digital licensing, and an AI pet care assistant. The mobile app is free for pet owners. Organizations subscribe through a separate agreement.

## Account terms

Users must provide accurate information when registering a pet. Photos uploaded for biometric ID must show the actual pet. Misuse of the lost-and-found flow — including false reports — may result in account suspension.

## Limitations

PawsitivID is not a substitute for licensed veterinary care. The Avva AI assistant offers guidance only. Seek a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
